Most couples book anywhere from 9 to 12 months before their wedding day, but I always recommend reaching out as soon as you know you want to book a coordinator.

Yes. absolutely. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Anything outside of 30 miles will not be billed.

I require 50% at booking/signing which is non-refundable; the remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior  to your wedding day.

Pricing varies depending on the level of service, guest count, location, and wedding complexity. We provide customized proposals after an initial consultation.

We support events of all sizes. Additional coordinators may be required for larger guest counts.
