This package is perfect for couples who have planned most of their wedding but need extra support. Starting up to 6 months before the event, we offer guidance, organization, and peace of mind. You can select specific areas for assistance—like fine-tuning plans, coordinating with vendors, or ensuring a smooth flow on the day, helping to polish details and reduce stress to make your vision a reality. It includes everything in Day‑Of Coordination plus additional support to help you stay organized.

Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive a customized proposal and contract outlining your services and timeline. After signing and submitting your retainer, your wedding date is officially secured.

You’ll also get access to your shared planning spreadsheet — your organized home base for timelines, vendor details, to‑dos, and all the essentials. It keeps everything clear, streamlined, and stress‑free from the very beginning.

From there, we stay connected throughout your planning journey with regular check‑ins, gentle reminders, and guidance whenever you need it. The perfect photo‑ready centerpiece for kids, teens, and adults who still love to jump. Rentals are $250 for 6 hours of jump time, making it an easy way to elevate any birthday party, baby shower, graduation, or backyard celebration.

Travel fees may apply for events located more than 30 miles from Liberty, MO.

Want to take it up a notch? You can also add customized balloon décor to your bounce house for an additional charge, creating a fully styled moment that ties your whole event together.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How far in advance should we book?

    • Most couples book anywhere from 9 to 12 months before their wedding day, but I always recommend reaching out as soon as you know you want to book a coordinator.

  • Do you travel?

    • Yes. absolutely. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Anything outside of 30 miles will not be billed.

  • How do payments work?

    • I require 50% at booking/signing which is non-refundable; the remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding day .

    • I accept many forms of payment. Cash, venmo, Cash App.

  • How much do your services cost?

    • Pricing varies depending on the level of service, guest count, location, and wedding complexity. We provide customized proposals after an initial consultation.

  • What size events do you take?

    • We support events of all sizes. Additional coordinators may be required for larger guest counts.

  • Do you work with all couples?

    • Absolutely. Love is love. All identities, all backgrounds, all stories are welcome here. My job is to support you and celebrate you!
