I’m Sayla Le, the owner of SimpLe Planned!

I started this business after realizing just how much I loved planning weddings while planning my own. Add in the fact that I’ve always been the go-to person for parties, celebrations, and bringing any idea to life, and it just made sense!

I’m one of those people who actually thrives in chaos—but preferably the organized kind. I love taking all the moving pieces, timelines, vendors, and last-minute surprises and turning them into a smooth, stress-free experience so you can focus on what really matters: soaking in every moment of your day.

01. Starts with a vision call

Every wedding begins with a conversation. During our vision call, we take the time to learn about your story, vision, style preferences, guest count, and priorities for your special day. This meeting allows us to understand what matters most to you as a couple and determine how we can best support your wedding planning journey. Whether you have a detailed vision already in mind or are starting from scratch.

02. Secure your date

Once we've discussed your vision and you're ready to bring your celebration to life, we'll send over a customized proposal and contract. After the contract is signed and the retainer is received, your wedding date is officially reserved on our calendar.

From there, you'll receive access to a shared planning spreadsheet designed to keep everything organized and on track. This central hub allows us to manage timelines, vendor details, to-do lists, and important information, ensuring a smooth and stress-free planning experience from start to finish.

03. Lets VIBE

From there, we're here to support you every step of the way—providing guidance, organization, and expert coordination to make your planning experience seamless, enjoyable, and stress-free.

Communication is always unlimited, so whether you have a quick question, need advice, or want to share a new idea, we're just a call, text, or email away. We'll also meet in person twice throughout the planning process to review details, fine-tune your vision, and ensure everything is coming together perfectly.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should we book?
- Most couples book anywhere from 9 to 12 months before their wedding day, but I always recommend reaching out as soon as you know you want to book a coordinator.
Do you travel?
- Yes. absolutely. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Anything outside of 30 miles will not be billed.
How do payments work?
- I require 50% at booking/signing which is non-refundable; the remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding day .
- I accept many forms of payment. Cash, venmo, Cash App.
How much do your services cost?
- Pricing varies depending on the level of service, guest count, location, and wedding complexity. We provide customized proposals after an initial consultation.
What size events do you take?
- We support events of all sizes. Additional coordinators may be required for larger guest counts.
Do you work with all couples?
- Absolutely. Love is love. All identities, all backgrounds, all stories are welcome here. My job is to support you and celebrate you!
